I haven’t even tried this yet, but I can just tell it’s delicious. I’ll be making this VERY soon.
He’s using a Vitamix blender, which is very expensive, but don’t be afraid to try it in a regular blender. And just so you’ll know… Nama Shoyu is raw soy sauce, and it’s SO yummy. Whitney prefers the taste over any other soy sauce or tamari we’ve had. All of the unfamiliar products he mentions can be found at a good health food store or online.

Well, I made it and it was tasty, but it needed something so I added a small clove of garlic. Then I swirled a tablespoon of salsa in it and served it with chips. Beautiful and delicious! :)
